Description de L'effet papillon (kiosque)

The Avengers (revue) – V 3, T8 L'effet papillon (kiosque) is a compilation of various stories featuring some of the most popular superheroes in the Marvelverse. In Avengers Assemble (episode 6), the Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy are in hot pursuit of the powerful Cosmic Cube, which has fallen into the hands of Thanos. However, the story disappoints with its unremarkable narrative, poor dialogue, and lackluster tie-ins. On the other hand, Captain America (vol.6) (episode 14) offers a thrilling conclusion to the Scourge saga, in which Cap finally catches the serial killer Scourge, who turns out to be his old friend D-Man. In Captain America & Iron Man (episode 635), Steve Rogers and Tony Stark team up to stop a weapons dealer's shady activities, taking on Modok. The story is an enjoyable read but not one that stands out within the Marvelverse. Meanwhile, Avengers (vol.4) (episode 28) sees Rulk playing a crucial role in the conflict between mutants and Avengers, adding some spice to the unremarkable narrative of the Avengers Assemble storyline. Finally, Captain Marvel (vol.2) (episode 2) offers promising beginnings with engaging visuals and a plot that holds great potential for future issues.

Critique de L'effet papillon (kiosque)

The Avengers revue has been a favorite among superhero fans for years, but it seems to be losing steam. The Avengers Assemble storyline, in particular, fails to live up to expectations due to its rushed narrative and poor dialogue. The tie-ins serve only as filler material, failing to add any tangible value to the overall story arc. However, the Scourge saga's conclusion in Captain America (vol.6) (episode 14) is a captivating read that redeems the entire revue to some extent. The writers do justice to Captain America's character, and the emotional depth of the story makes it a standout piece in this issue. Cullen Bunn's Iron Man-Captain America battle against Modok in Captain America & Iron Man (episode 635) is an enjoyable read, but it's not a groundbreaking contribution to the Marvelverse. The strength of the Avengers revue lies in its characters, and the Rulk subplot in Avengers (vol.4) (episode 28) adds some spice to an otherwise mediocre storyline. Finally, Captain Marvel (vol.2) (episode 2) offers a glimmer of hope with its ambitious beginnings and visually stunning artwork. The story has the potential to be a game-changer for the revue if executed properly in future issues. Overall, the Avengers revue needs to step up its game to keep up with the ever-increasing standards of the superhero genre.
