The Wolf Among Us T2 Volume 2 continues the story of the Fables, who have fled their kingdoms and are now living in New York, following the rules laid down by Bigby. The community is shaken to its core when the head of Faith is found, and Bigby is charged with finding the culprit. He teams up with Blanche to investigate the case and their leads take them to the Pudding & Pie club. The investigation takes a dangerous turn with the appearance of the Tweedle brothers and the decapitation of Blanche.

Although The Wolf Among Us T2 Volume 2 draws on its roots in the video game and original Fables series, it falls short of building on its promising start. The second volume is too lengthy and lacks the excitement of the first one. The investigation into other aspects of the case is less engaging, and the character of Bloody Mary, though intriguing at first, ultimately falls flat as a one-dimensional violent killer. The artwork is inconsistent, fluctuating between mediocre and good. Overall, the conclusion of the series is somewhat underwhelming and fails to leave a lasting impression.
