Description de Un être bien singulier (kiosque)
Peter Parker, alias Spider-Man, and Deadpool cross paths in the New York subway when the latter demands everyone acknowledge him as the best. Later, Parker comes across a crime scene where several people have been killed, and he becomes convinced that Deadpool is the perpetrator. However, Deadpool is in New York to learn from Spider-Man, and the two superheroes team up to face off against Hit Monkey, a skilled weapons-wielding primate. The story is funny, fast-paced, and entertaining, with hilarious interactions among the characters.Critique de Un être bien singulier (kiosque)
Writer Daniel Way does an exceptional job of handling Deadpool's standalone series. He takes Wade on a wild journey, pitting him against Spidey and then throwing in the formidable chimpanzee for good measure. The story is action-packed, and the presence of the wisecracking superheroes creates many laugh-out-loud moments. Carlo Barbieri's art style is perfectly suited to the title. Deadpool is unhinged but always optimistic, even when rejected by the X-Men. This bi-monthly publication quickly becomes a monthly one and proves that readers are drawn to the character's off-beat humor and irreverence.14Note générale
